Campfires are our versions of a literary salon. Low-stress, high-impact virtual gatherings on writing, publishing, and literary craft.
Caravan instructors don’t just teach writing—we publish it. While our writing ranges widely across genres and forms, we’re all extensively published authors who know the ropes of working in the literary world. Our editing and publishing classes will give you the tools you need to steer your way through the ever-changing publishing landscape.
From flash prose to strict poetic forms, from reported narrative nonfiction to the braided lyric essay, Caravan’s writing classes are warm, welcoming writing rooms where you’ll be in conversation with both fellow writers and instructors who really know their stuff, and practice (and publish) what they preach.
Led by a different instructor each Saturday morning, these FREE write-ins are an opportunity to gather with a global writing community, make a commitment to your practice, and write to prompts weekly.
