A weekend of writing and playing and experimenting with form—speculative, hermit crab, romance, and more. Giving ourselves freedom to explore can open up work we may not have imagined. Bring a WIP to play with or generate one in session.

Add tools to your belt for shaping the bones of a piece of writing. Through a mix of discussion, practice, and sharing, we’ll focus on joyfully rooting out holes and fractures, developing toward depth and wider context, and feeling free to experiment.
